I didn’t start out trying to redesign how organizations work.
I started by noticing something that didn’t make sense.
Teams full of capable, intelligent people struggling to execute. Decisions taking longer than they should. Work feeling harder than it needed to be.
Over time, a pattern became clear.
The issue wasn’t the people. It was how the work was structured around them.
Most of how we design work today is inherited. Built from models created for a different era, optimized for control, predictability, and scale. But organizations today don’t operate that way. They’re faster, more complex, and more interconnected. Yet the underlying systems haven’t evolved.
That gap is where friction shows up.
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked across global organizations like Disney, high-growth companies, and scaling startups. I’ve partnered with CEOs, leadership teams, and boards to navigate mergers, rapid growth, and organizational transformation.
This has included supporting a $11B merger, shaping employee experience strategies across organizations of 4,000+ employees, and contributing to transformation initiatives in complex environments.
Those experiences led to a simple realization.
Most organizations aren’t underperforming because of talent. They’re underperforming because of friction built into how work happens.
That realization is what shapes how I work today.
My focus is helping organizations see that friction clearly and redesign how work flows so execution, alignment, and performance improve naturally.
